House rules

• ·Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 9:00 AM — firm, no early check-in or late check-out
• ·Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• ·Maximum 8 guests — no exceptions
• ·Signed rental agreement required
• ·No pets
• ·No smoking anywhere on the property
• ·No parties or events
• ·WiFi router and SmartThings hub must remain plugged in
• ·Quiet hours 10pm – 8am — please respect neighbors

Cancellation

Full refund more than 60 days before check-in. 50% refund 30–60 days before. No refund within 30 days of check-in. No refunds after check-in under any circumstances.

Payment

50% due at booking, remainder due 30 days before check-in. Payment instructions provided when we confirm your dates. Signed rental agreement and copy of primary renter's driver's license required.
